TV Tuner Card Hookup

I'm getting a new PC and with it a TV Tuner ATSC-NTSC with PVR remote, The OS is Windows 7 so Media Center will be part of it.

Can someone explain how to hookup the tuner card so that I can receive FIOS tv on my PC?

Your TV Tuner card needs to be at least QAM to receive FiOS. Even then, you will only receive the local channels (1-49). To get all other channels, you need a tuner card that is cablecard ready, and you will need a 3.99/month cablecard from verizon to get all channels to work with W7.
