For the last month our cable is going out for a minute or two several times a week. Tonight it went out 3 times. What can I do about this? Is it a problem with the line?

Same problem, tech support reset my box, not just a simple reboot, I had to re do my custum options like favorites and whatnot. This was only yesterday, fixed one other problem,idk yet about the shut offs yet. Will update.
I got intouch with a tech rep. He ordered me a new settop box. That seems to have fixed the problem.
