TV set box

Have been unable to use my tv for a week because the box is unable to detect a network connection. Tech support is a waste of time because nobody picks up the  phone .  I have checked all the cables but nothing seems out of place. Getting sick and tired of lack of response from this crappy company. Any suggestions other than switching back to Optimum????

Swap the box at another location in the house if you have one to see if it is the STB itself or just the signal to that coax leg.
