TV shows black and white

I just received my Fios TV order hooked everything up and both TV's show black and white. Any suggestions?

What STB outputs are you connecting to the TV (HDMI, etc.)?

this issue is commonly caused by bad or loose cabling, or broken pins on the connector. Check the connection on both ends and replace the cable if necessary.
