I have a 26" flat-screen Samsung TV and while using the Verizon FIOS remote I get a message that the TV is "blocked". I can change channels, but not the volume and I cannot turn it off. I cannot figure out what causes this to happen (every month or two) and what to do about it. If I unplug it and then replug the TV back in that seems to reset it but this is frustrating. Any ideas?
I am sorry that you are getting TV "blocked" message. This is not something from the Verizon STB. You may want to contact the TV manufacture to find out what can be done.
