I have verizon Fios on my TV. The box only shows 4 dashes. I unplugged the box and still the same appears. 4 dashes. Can't get it to work. What can the problem be?

Sounds like the STB is not communicating with the Verizon server over MoCA. Try re-booting your router. The STB needs an IP connection in order to be authorized.

Hello latmo,

I seems that your stb either needs to be reset or it is not receiving a signal.  If you send me a private message with either your fios phone number or the name on your account I can reset your stb, if that doesn't work I can get a Verizon Tech to your house. Thanks
