Tell Me It's Not So!

I am hoping that this is a fluke kind of thing.  Monday evening I recorded two shows on CBS.  Tuesday evening when I watched them I could not fast forward (FF) during the two shows.  All that I could do was FF 10 seconds at a time.  This was even not function correctly.  I remember reading somewhere that the networks (or Verizon) were working on disabling the FF function in order not to bypass commercials.  I tried rebooting my DVR and it did the same thing.  I then tried watching a show that my wife records during the day, that show FF with no problems.  I am recording some more CBS shows tonight, so I will see what happens in the morning.  So, tell me it isn't so!

I recorded 4 shows from CBS (HD) on Monday (8 to 10PM) and had no problems fast forwarding or skipping ahead 30 seconds to skip over comercials.  I'm in the Philadelphia Market perhaps your CBS Station has set some type of broadcast flag to prevent the FF from working.

I treid it this morning and the FF seems to be working normally.  Just one of those glitches (or user error!).
