The kids lost the remote

My darlings lost the remote.  I use the SD box for FIOS.  How do I get a new remote?  Why isn't this an easy topic to find on the website?

I have this same problem.  Four kids and now a missing remote.  We have 4 FIOS boxes. Could I also get a replacement?
