All of my other channels work fine except for channel 1756 The Filipino Channel. It works in both of my bedrooms, but not in the living room and kitchen. I contacted tech support and did everything that was advised. I unplugged the power for a few seconds, reconnected the coax cables on the STB and splitters, but nothing seems to be working. Is there a simple fix for this or will I need to have a technician come in? Thanks in advance!
1) Are the affected rooms off the same splitter? Meaning they are on a splitter that the other rooms are not. If so, could be that splitter that is bad.
2) Could be a cable loss issue. Can you describe how cables are connected to splitters?
