Transfer a program

Is there a way to transfer a DVR'd program to my laptop computer?  Since I am a Mac/Apple user, I cannot use some of the Verizon computer options.

Any ideas?

The only way to transfer programs would be with a video capture card in your MAC.  The IEEE-1394 output will work for most of the broadcast channel recordings as long as the broadcast flag is not set, but all the other channels have the flag set which will prevent transfer.
