Why do I have problems with regular channels on the mulit box but not on the basic adaptor? Also do yo need to have another dvr in the room in order to use the multbox. I've have fios since Nov and I haven't been able to watch anything from the multi boc=x in the room with the basic box.
If its problems on one box but not the other, then its a signaling issue. The box with troubles, unscrew the coax cord going from the wall to the Verizon set top box. Screw both back on tight. Reply back if you are still having troubles.
