Hi 

My internet is working, however I cannot get the guide or menu to come up and I believe my digital tv service is down, other than air channels I am receiving via a normal signal.  Please help!  Live in 02148 zip.

I was going to provide the troubleshooting steps to reset your STB via the TV remote, but since you can't see the Menu, that won't work.

By the way, if you have questions on your account or need to switch out equipment and there is a Verizon FiOS store in your area, then they can help you.

You can give them a call; contacting the VZ FiOS store might be less time consuming than calling the 800 number for Customer Service.  For technical-related matters or REPAIR, though, they'll connect you right through to Technical Support.
