Same as many others. Error code when trying to use the FiOS TV app (9-6-14-302-100) . Zero issues logging in on mobile or computer to account. Also cannot get STB to be discoverable by Alexa. STB is compatible per Verizon. . Almost done with my two years.
Have you tried reporting issue with in app support?
As for connecting to TV with Alexa, have you tried rebooting router and STB?
Is your Alexa device on the same subnet as the STB?
