Same as many others. Error code when trying to use the FiOS TV app (9-6-14-302-100) . Zero issues logging in on mobile or computer to account. Also cannot get STB to be discoverable by Alexa. STB is compatible per Verizon. . Almost done with my two years.

Have you tried reporting issue with in app support?

As for connecting to TV with Alexa, have you tried rebooting router and STB?

Is your Alexa device on the same subnet as the STB?

Rebooted, uninstalled and reinstalled. FiOS app won't let me log in to get to any kind of support. Yes they are on the same .

Still no resolution. How is this a feature offered for account holders and yet you cannot honor the promise of a functional app.
