No matter what I try to do online all I receive is the below message. I don't want to call! All I want to do is renew my contract and make changes. Please contact the Verizon Local Business Office We're sorry, we are unable to continue your order at this time.

Since you do not want to contact the office via telephone, what happened when you "TRIED AGAIN LATER"?
