I appologize for posting on this forum but I can not create verizon wireless acount of the website without being a customer of Verizon wireless and I have exhausted all other options to solve my problem. On November 7 2014 my husband and I went to Verizon Wireless store in Bethesda Maryland (6932 Wisconsin Avenue, phone {edited for privacy}to place an order for new iphone6 and switch service from ATT , we spoke with customer specialist Christina Williams, we gave all our info, socials, signed up all documents and were told that the phones will be shipped after November 20th.
On 11/21/14 I received an e-mail from verizonwireless2@email.vzwshop.com saying that my order number {edited for privacy} will be shipped on Nov 22, 2014.
On 11/26/14 I called verizon wireless and they said they can not track this order number. I e-mailed Christina Williams and she called me back saying she doesnt know.
On 12/01/14 I called the store again and spoke with John hunter and e-mailed him the e-mail confirmation from verizon. he also could not tell me where the order is and advised me to call the national line at verizon.
On 12./02/14 I called the national line and spoke with a girl named asia and then with {edited for privacy}. She said they can not do anything and transferred me to telesales, where I spoke with {edited for privacy}, who said I need to call the store and that he can't do anythign either.
I have lost all confidence that this issue will be resolved and am out of options. The e-mail I received from verizon wireless is automatically generated and no one can find my order and what happened to it.
Any help will be appreciated.
P.S. My husband also tried to call the store last night at 5:30pm and when Christina Williams picked up and found out who is calling, she told him she is on her lunch break and can not be bothered. Who takes a lkunch break at 5:30pm?!?!?!?!?!
