Hey everyone.... This question has probably been asked a million times but I cant find it... sooooo here it is....

The USB connections on the multi room hd dvr...... can that be made live?   The material I got with the set says that its not and havent tried yet.....

The USB port is not activated.  If you plug a drive into it, your box might lock up.  Mine did when I tried.

Figured at least they would activate if you asked.  Guess thats one of those "future, never to be used ports".  thanks for the reply cause I probably would have stuck a usb drive in there this week.  Still tinkering ...just got it installed Sunday.
