Hello everyone,
Since the update was made to the Verizon Fios interface in September, I have been unable to access my VOD. When attempting to access the VOD, I am met with a message that says the service has been disabled. (VOD 204).
I tried resetting the routers and boxes myself without any success. I also did the same with tech support without any success. They subsequently referred me back to billing who saw no problems or voids with my account. I was promptly referred back to tech support who tried all of the measures again including reinstalling my packages - all without any success. The box is showing a good connection in settings department. Normal TV remains uninterrupted.
I'm now waiting for a technician to come to assess the situation. Any other ideas of what the problem may be or what I could try?
