I recently requested a replacement set top box be sent. It was supposed to arrive July 3, but, by luck, I got it on June 26. My problem is I am unable to activate it. Calling tech support, they show a system set date of July 3rd, and no one can override it. So, I am told I have to wait for the 3rd to install it. Is there no one that can override this?
I did. It prompted me to call. I was told that the box is listed as still in the store. They attempted to change the date to activate on their end, but couldn't.
