I want to add a new HD box to my account.  I currenly have a lifetime multiroom DVR credit on my account.  Verizon tells me that if I add/change equipment it voids the lifetime credit.  I find this just amazing.  Willing to pay more for the new box but that is not good enough.  Verizon wants to gouge me for an additional $19.99 a month.
