Error message on 2 TVs- unable to connect to widget server. Have rebooted the router, unplugged the boxes, etc. Spent an hour on the phone with a rep. Still not fixed. Any ideas? Thank you!
Did you reboot, or power cycle the router and Fios boxes? Try unplugging power to the Fios boxes and the router for at least 3 minutes. power the router back up, and when stable power the boxes up. If that doesn't help go here in the Fios menu: Main Menu > Customer Support > Top Support Tools > Fix FiOS TV Issues. It could also be a temporary outage on the Widget server.
