I have a subscription to Showtime Anytime that was working on my TV but for some reason I can no longer access it. When I click on the app on the TV, it just shows a black screen. I am able to access Showtime Anytime on my pc and smartpad, and even cast it to the TV, but that's not why I am paying for a subscription to watch it on my TV. Please help.
The Showtime Anytime app isn't a Fios product. You only use your Fios login information to authenticate inside the app, so you can watch the programming available. I'd try deleting the app and reinstalling it, see if that helps. Otherwise, you'll need to reach out to the app developer, or in a forum dedicated to Showtime Anytime. Good luck.
