I just finished a chat with technical support and billing.  Neither could help me with converting a self-install to a technician install for FiOS TV.  While it is my problem that I assumed a simple connection to the Actiontec router, the inability of Verizon to convert this to a technician install is unacceptable.

I am calling Verizon to cancel the FIOS TV install.
