Unplugged tv and now I don't have any channels?

I quickly unplugged my tv and set top box and then when I plugged it back in it showed that I couldn't get any channels. It would just say "[insert channel] is currently unavailable". I tried rebooting it multiple times but it still didn't do anything. Any suggestions?

If you have another room with a STB try swapping the boxes to determine if the box is good elsewhere and the tv works before contacting Verizon.
