The set-top box updates to Release 1.9 were pushed out a few hours ago to the boxes in my house. I had my alarm clock plugged into the "Secondary AC Outlet" of one box with the box configured to have it "Always On". Apparently, "Always On" means except when there is a software update being pushed out because my clock lost power and my alarm did not go off and I missed an appointment this morning. I have now plugged the clock into a regular power outlet instead of the box since Verizon's definition of "Always On" does not "it is always on"!

Yes, my TV wouldn't turn on this morning when I turned on the cable box. It looks like since this update was pushed, the secondary outlet doesn't work at all. I hope they're going to address this soon...

Nope same here. My Sharp Aquos will not turn on since update. What's that about? My other TVs are fine though.
