Went ot verizon store to exchange my DVR for a newer version (QIP7232) as my current dvr vibrates and recordings skip.  I was told to go online.  Can't find correct site.

You can't upgrade to the 7232 in the stores or over the phone. It must be done online. Here's the steps to follow...

 You can go to www.verizon.com/fiostvcentral
1.       Sign In
2.       Select the “FiOS TV” Tab
3.       Select “Settings”  sub-listing
4.       Select “Set Top Boxes” from the drop down list
5.       Select the “Go” button under “Want more from your FiOS DVR.”
