I am trying to log into Tru TV and with the Verizon sign it says my user ID and password are not right..Obviously they are as I am on this site.. All I am trying to do is to watch TV on computer....Thanks
How are you trying to login?
I just tested it and had no problem. While logged into Verizon, I went to http://www.trutv.com/trutv2go/index.html# clicked on LOG IN, selected Verizon from the probider menu, and that was it. Able to view shows. No need to enter password.
If it does't work, make sure cookies are enabled. Including third party cookies.
