Trying to log in and watch ABC online with my iPad, keep getting this message:
User Not Authorized Error. Please contact us if you need any further assistance. Error code: 4001
This just started happening in the last week or two. I can log in with my laptop and watch fine.
Why is this? How can this be resolved? Thank you for your help!

I feel you're pain.You ask to speak to some one that can speak english and they transfer you to the billing department.My favorite was one of the times i called tech suport and they sent me a new modem.I called and asked why.I have reocuring speed problem because i couldn't get the line on the utility pole outside fixed again and again. So thanks to verizon i got some no customer service comcast and am much happier now. after 3 years of verizon not being able to make a simple fix. they wonder why they are loosing customers LOL
