Did it work?  Everything I've read says Verizon has not yet enabled video over Ethernet on these boxes.

The IP boxes will do video over ethernet from the VMS boxes.  What is not there and may be coming is access to other Video sources by the VMS boxes and access to devices, e.g. your phone/tablet of things that are on your VMS box.

I just upgraded to Quantum last night (VMS, and 2 IPC's).

Today I tried the 3rd IPC over ethernet and it wouldn't connect. So I connected via coax and all worked.

I then tried re-connecting through ethernet and was able to get the guide info, but not video.

Is IPC over ethernet possible? Is this in the latest update?

I am in VHO9 and our area has not received the v2 upgrade yet.

Thanks,

It has been there on all software levels.  Many people have it working.  For me it was just as easy to leave connected to COAX.

-How does one do this?

When I connected with ethernet, I only received the guide info (no video) and the remote was very slow navigating the menus.

Thanks,

Jay
