You can upload a photo by clicking on the icon that looks like a mountain with a sun when you reply. I am curious as to see one myself.
The guide on quantum doesn't take up the entire full screen, there is some space around it, but there shouldn't be any video cut off on the video in the upper left.
I would however suggest that you call Verizon and speak to someone in tech support who can run some diagnostics on their end. Have you tried using another hdmi cable by chance?

The video extends past the guide and is not in the box where it is supposed to be.
The quality is also a little pixelated.
So I am not sure what the issue is.
I have tried a brand new HDMI Cable as well.

Here is a pic from my TV. Can you explain how yours is different?
I find it surprising you are having the issue on 4 TVs.

If yours looks like the pic that was posted then there is nothing wrong with your guide......that is how it is supposed to look.

Yes. If you look very carefully at the picture I believe you can see the hardware bezel around the screen, so the picture he posted includes more than just the actual screen.
And if you want another channel displayed on the Guide, go into the Menu and turn off the ad banner display at the bottom:
Menu ==> Settings ==> Notifications ==> Guide Banner ==> Disable

You are talking about a television's aspect ratio. Press the pound # key on your remote to choose the proportion, such as the traditional 4:3 ratio, or 16:9, and there is a "wide" also. Enjoy your VMS 1100... I am very much!
