Do you have the latest firmware? Released maybe 3-4 week ago... it's definitely improved things, but there's still bugs for sure... the big ones I see now are channel listings not being updated and I have to reboot the thing every few days to get the performance in the menus back to something approaching normal (as a developer myself I'd bet good money there's a memory leak or two in their code still). Most of my other complaints are either alleviated or at least not as severe (performance still isn't great overall but it's better).
