VOD 191 Error Issue

We have been having problems viewing shows/movies On Demand. While viewing On Demand, movies get pixelated, video loss, and an VOD 191 error message. Everything has been rebooted and the router/cable replaced. They have come out at least 4 times or more with no resolution. We have been on the phone with technical support numerous times but in the end there is no fix and this is getting OLD!!!!! We are paying a pretty penny for this service and yet we can't watch anything ON Demand.

I am really considering dropping Verizon. Anyone else have these issues????Man Frustrated

We watched Hunger Games on friday and got that error twice. We had to restart and fast forward to where we were. What a pain. The movie was free as we got an email for a free movie. Otherwise, I would have been really mad.

We've had recent issues where our set top boxes don't respond to commands for a minute or so. I wonder if the problems are related.
