I need help with a problem: I subscribe to HBO but I can't get HBO On Demand programming. I get an error that says I need to subscribe to this service & it asks me if I want to subscribe now? The error it gives is VOD_46.
I have called FIOS support twice. Last week, I was told it would be fixed in a couple of days. Tonight I called again & I was told that this was a billing issue and was "cold" transferred to billing support phone queue (the Tech Support didn't stay on the line with me). But, billing support was closed, of course so I didn't get any help at all with this.
How can I fix this?? I want to be able to watch HBO On Demand movies & shows.
