We use Video On Demand quite a bit and lately for about the past 2 weeks, VOD shows will randomly glitch for about 2-4 seconds and then resume. However, eventhough its "paused" for about 2-4 seconds, it resumes where it would have if it didn't glitch, and we miss what happened during the glitch. It happens about 3 or 4 times on 1 hour shows and 2 or 3 times every half hour show and its starting to get very irritating. Please correct these annoying glitches as soon as possible.... please let me know if you need any other info...
