We currently have a MultiRoom DVR (new Motorola) in our living room and an older Motorola DVR upstairs. When viewing VOD or watching a show which has been recorded downstairs, the picture and audio constantly break up. We just swapped out the ActionTec for another unit and a tech came out and replaced a bad splitter. VOD in the living room is somewhat better than upstairs.
Any assistance would be appreciated!
Keep on tech support. I had the same problem, we checked the splitter, changed out the router and in the end VZ replaced the ONT. I suggest you ask VZ about swapping out the ONT.
