I suspect this is intentional, but I'll ask anyway - it's very irritating that the VOLUME INCREASES BY ABOUT 98% WHEN I TURN ON THE VOD menu (the part where it advertises other VOD shows) and then returns to normal once I select a program to view. Can this please be fixed.
BTW, the 1/21 VOD episode of Hawaii 5-0 cuts off the last 4 minutes of the program.

Interesting, I just checked VOD here and the sound seemed to increase only slightly, maybe 10%, 20% at most. I wonder if it is an issue for your local VHO? Where are you located, and I wonder where any others who might be experiencing this are located? I am in VHO 1 (North Texas).
