VOD rental - Terrible experience

Today was my first ever experience with Verizon Video On Demand.  It will probably be my last.  The movie froze at least 10 times.  I constantly had to restart.  Three times the movie started over from the beginning and I had to fast forward.  It literally took me 4 hours to watch a 2 hour movie.  Even though it's only $5.99, it was probably the worst $5.99 I've ever spent.  Shame on Verizon for charging money for such an awful service.  And shame on Verizon for making it so difficult to reach an actual person on the phone.  From now on, I'll gladly wait an extra month for Netflix.
