Verizon advertises that you can start watching one show in one room, stop and continue watching in another room. Not in my house. Does anyone else have a similar problem?

On the VOD all you have to do is order it on one box and watch it. If you want to watch it in another room, you go to that room order it again (you will only be billed the one time, not multiple times) and then ff to where you left off and continue watching.

You can order the vod on several boxes and as long as all the orders are done within 24 hours of the first order. you will not be billed additionally. Its yours for 24 hours, you can watch it as many times as you want within that 24 hour period. but you must be DONE with it by the 24 hour mark.

I believe this requires a DVR and the multi room HM (Home Media) option which raises the DVR cost from $15.99 to $19.99.
