I installed the app on my phone for one of the DVRs and it worked fine. I removed the app and reinstalled to set it to a different DVR. The activation code shows up on the website (went through the website). The phone number shows up on the DVR, so I know that it recognizes the phone number.
When I put the activation code in the app, I receive an error message:
"Sign-In Failed
Device is not registered with the set top box
Please be sure to use the "Remote DVR activiation number" provided in step 5 during activation.
Do NOT user your mobile phone number".
I'm not using the phone number but I am using the activation code that shows on the website and on the television.
Any ideas?
