I appreciate everyones help thus far in fixing a previous issue. Now my next concern, haha.
All of my TVS are fairly new HDTVs with 1080P.
I do not have this issue on HULU or Netflix, or previously with Time Warner Cable.
Now for the issue. When watching TV i notice that the quality is not great. For example basketball games, the movement is blurry and the faces from afar are very blurry. On the primtime and recorded shows i watch, the faces are reddish, and flat, blurry. Cant really explain it. Dark scenes do not come out great.
And just the over quality is not that great.
The tv settings do not have anything to do with it. And i have set the box to 1080.
So i would really appreciate the help ! Thank you

Wow. I am suprised no one has responded in 12 days 😞
I just am getting tired of having bad quality.
I can literally see the grainy lines while I am watching TV, I have went to watching only HULU and Netflix. So what am I paying for this for?
The quality is literally horrible.
Can someone please help ?

If you have quantum stb you want to set to 1080P. If you have older boxes you may want to set to 720P or look up how to set "native" aspect.
Good Luck.

Not seeing what you are saying. What channels? There are some notorious for poor image quality.

How many boxes do you have?
Do you have the same issue on all?
If not, have you tried swapping boxes around?

You are watching HD channels and NOT the SD ones right?
