How do you of Verizon for equipment support? I was put on hold for almost two hours before being dropped. While I was waiting the message said to go online and use the Live Chat. When I finally decided to use Live Chat, it says not available, call the Verizon number. I'm frustrated with the lack of customer support.
Have you posted your question here? Maybe someone can help. And lately Verizon has been opening private support cases in response to user posts they monitor here. You might also try Verizon support on Twitter. They have responded to my tweats in minutes via direct message.
