Video drops constantly!

My video is dropping constantly, whether I am watching regular TV or VOD. Anyone else have this issue? How did you solve it?
Please don't ask me to call customer service. {please keep it relevant}

I am having the exact same problem, although mine occurs exclusively with VOD. It happens every time we use VOD. My wife wants me to switch to Comcast. We've already replaced the set top box and the splitter and neither has fixed the problem. We are very frustrated.

I keep getting the same. For months, I've been living with my living room set that sometimes constantly pixalates or drops and makes it virtually impossible to watch. But, I've noticed a pattern. Generally poor quality during the morning, but by mid-afternoon, the channels stay for the most part constantly on. Anyway, it's only the downstairs set and no problem with the upstairs units.
