Video on Demand Timing out

I am new to vod. The first time I watched anything on VOD was on Saturday December 5, Chasing Christmas and it timed out

after about 38 minutes. When I tried to re-watch it, vod was not accessable. I re-booted my box and nothing.

Last night I tried to watch Desperate Housewives on VOD and it timed out after about 38 minutes as well.

What can I do to watch the entire episode/movie?

Sounds like you either have a signal strength issue or a router issue.  Check your signal strength, if it is good try rebooting your router and STB.
