First, remember this is a peer-to-peer forum.  If you want to talk to Verizon, checkout Contact Us.

Is the problem present on all or only one TV (if more than one)?  That will help figure it out.

Hit "MENU" on your remote.  Then  >Customer Support > Top Support Tools >Fix FIOS TV Issues - Follow the guidance

Anyhow, go back, remove and then retighten every connection between the ONT and the TV(s).  Help?

If possible, try a direct connection between TV and and the ONT.  Help?

There's more, but these are the simple ones

Does this happen on all TVs or just one?

If it is just one, then check the conections to that STB.
If it happens to all, then check connections from ONT to first splitter.
