There is Voice and Video Sync problems to variying degrees. Is there any point in calling Verizon Technical support to find real solutions or at least see if they recognize the issue? Has anyone done that? Is there a fix that anyone knows about. I am using a 6416 multi room dvr with the hdmi output connected to a Sony Bravia and the sound connected from the 6416 to a Boze 3-2-1 via optical cable. I have not identified what channels or what time this issue occurs but it does not happen on all HD or SD channels.

This last sentence seems to indicate to me that it is a problem at the programming source, not FiOS. FiOS does nothing but pass the signal they get from the providers on to the subscribers. I've seen the same type of thing with over-the-air signals and on DirecTV. One channel will be perfect, and another off.
