Vz In-Home Agent Error Messages

When the In-Home agent works, it's great... but I was trying to use it to Auto Fix Set Top Boxes, and I get the following, grammatically odd error message...
"Sorry! There is no sufficient information to proceed further. Please try again later."
I have to reset the router and boxes by unplugging the power, which is very inconvenient, but the only manual way to reset them.
Anyone know how to correct the agent? I've tried uninstalling it, and that didn't help.

By the way, I also tried using the web browser version of auto correct, and it has a similar issue for me.
