I have tried to set up the watch disney apps on my ipad, android tablet, apple tv and ROKU and every time I get sent to Verizon to confirm, and I sign in with my ID, I get told I don't have FIOS TV which I know I do. What / how can I fix this ?
I am in the same boat. However we've been able to sign in for 2 years. Just renewed the contract for the same channels and now it won't work anymore. I called verizon and, I quote "we'll keep an eye on it"...not sure that means anything other than they don't know what is going on.
If anyone can help solve the mystery, I would greatly appreciate your help.
