From their www site (http://www.mindtv.org/cgi-bin/dt.fcg?style=mind&file=index.ttml&allow_session=1😞

ATTN VIEWERS: MiND TV is currently off air temporarily. We will be back on air soon.

From one of their Forum Posts (http://www.mindtv.org/styles/mind/www/bb/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=261😞

ATTN VIEWERS:
MiND, Global MiND and MiND Presents MHz Worldview will be off-air from time to time, for up to several hours at a time, as we perform maintenance on our antenna. We are working to improve the placement of our antenna and will be performing work on it from time to time.

Our broadcast equipment was damaged in a thunderstorm on August 13, 2009. We thank you for your patience while we work to restore our signal, to bring you the programs you love!

When WYBE comes back I hope they run MHz (35.3) on 475 instead of MIND (35.1), again. It's already on 35 so there's no point in running it twice.
