The link was provided for you to see others responses on the situation. You created a new thread when there was already one on the topic so a new one wasn't needed. Verizon never tells anyone why they do something. It was removed....simple as that. Also you had to have hit the solve button yourself for the thread to show as solved. I dont believe the mods do it.

I'm curious...besides maybe the mods who else can mark it as solved? I've never seen an option where I could make someone else's thread as solved.

CL's can. And as you said mods. Possibly others. The mod's have been encouraging the marking of Solved problems, after giving the original poster some time to see if he will mark it. Often the original poster abandons the thread without marking it solved.

I lost reminders too. My reply from support was it had been removed by the latest upgrade. I have alos noticed that it is now slow in changing channels,no help on remotes,stb settings are missing,network help and many others. I have enjoyed FIOS for several years but am very disappointed with the service now. It has been greatly degraded by the last software upgrade. Is that progross?
