What is FIOS BHR BUCKSLIP VERSION 2?

Just received my new NEXT GEN BHR3 REV 1 ACTIONTEC router.  Also listed on the packing slip is:

FIOS BHR BUCKSLIP VERSION 2 but nothing else in the box. 

So what's this? (part # BHRBSLIPV2)

I asked the same thing way back when I had a rev. i. The rep. really had no clue and said it's just something on their end they put on there and to just ignore it and said its possible its the instructions that they include with it. As long as you got the router, stand, cables, instructions and power cord you got everything you should have.

It appears to be the "Exchange instructions for your Fios Router" flyer that comes with the router. At the bottom of the sheet, there is a barcode with the following code "BHRBSLIPV2".
