When is FIOS TV coming to Charlotte County, FL....we have been waiting for 2 years!!!!!

All the wiring was laid in our neighborhood a few years ago.  We are told we can get FIOS internet and phone but do not want to switch from cable until we can get FIOS TV as well...  What is the issue here - our county supervisors say their is nothing holding Verizon back from the county's perspective and even the county government can't get Verizon to answer letters inquiring as to when we will get FIOS TV.  This is rediculous!!!  Does anybody have an answer????
